The DIY Calm Down Bottle is designed for focused, calm play. From watching the sparkly magic to exploring the different textures on the silicone caps, it's a hands-on journey that relaxes busy minds and creates a little slice of calm.
Used by parents, teachers, and therapists to help children self-regulate their breathing and bring back attention as they focus on the swirling contents.
Each bottle comes with a packet of fillings to get you started - depending on the theme it could be colourful glitter, little objects, beads or sequins. Simply pour these items into the bottle and fill with tap water. If you want to change it up, you can empty the contents and refill with new ones, or add to what you have!
Made from tough plastic with textured silicone caps on either end to protect from knocks and drops.
The bottle measures 21cm long and 5cm wide. Comes in various different colours/themes - make your selection using the menu below.
Manufacturer recommends from 3 years and upwards due to the small contents, but younger children will enjoy if supervised by an adult.
